Tuam Cycling Club

Club members meet three times per week at Tuam Cancer Care Centre, Dunmore Road, Tuam:

Tuesdays at 6:30pm

Thursdays at 6:30pm

Sundays at 9:00am (two groups at 24-26 kph & 28+ kph)

 Sunday at 10:00am (group pace 21-22 kph)

The routes for each spin are posted on the Club Whatsapp group the previous evening.
